Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment via PayPal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We can also acept cheques payable to Wholesale Cosmetics. If you would like to pay by cheque simply fill in your order as normal until when you get to the payment options about the transaction and send us an email to let us know you will be sending a cheque.

Note: Echeques made via PayPal take a minimum of 7 days to clear into our account.

Shipping And Handling For orders within the U.K. and Ireland we ship our deliveries through FEDEX Couriers, All our Packages are carefully packed to avoid breakages.

Delivery Schedule Our standard delivery time will be 2-3 working days. International orders are generally received within 7 working days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee Wholesale Cosmetics Operate a 10 day money back guarantee. Just send any UNOPENED Pre Pack back to us within 10 days of ORDERING and we will gladly refund your money. We are unable to Refund indvidual units. Items can only be returned in the same pack size as they were purchased.
