Delivery Information

We supply and ship the Products for sale to customers within the UK, the European Union and Worldwide. Delivery rates vary depending on weight, size and number of packages as well as the invoice value for customs purposes. 

FedEx shipments are fully tracked and a signature is usually required on delivery of the stock. It is not possible for you to specify a delivery date and time. However, our standard delivery time within the UK mainland is next working day after dispatch. We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 24 - 48 hours. Our staff take great care in packing the goods to avoid damage during transit.

All orders received before 11:00am will be processed and despatched on the same working day.

Orders received after the cut-off time of 11:00am will be processed and despatched on the next working day.

For UK orders we normally use FedEx delivery service which is fully tracked and requires a signature on delivery.
